gnu: ocaml-lwt: Make libev a propagated input.

* gnu/packages/ocaml.scm (ocaml-lwt) [propagated-inputs]: Add libev.
  [inputs]: Remove libev.
  (ocaml-ouint2, ocaml4.07-lambda-term, ocaml-markup) [inputs]: Remove libev.
