gnu: sbcl-osicat: Remove bash reference from the closure. 

* gnu/packages/lisp-xyz.scm (sbcl-osicat)[source]: Remove unneeded release.sh
file.

This takes the closure size of cl-osicat from 40 MiB down to 0 MiB.
