gnu: yasm: Move to (gnu packages assembly).

* gnu/packages/yasm.scm: Remove.  Move 'yasm' to...
* gnu/packages/assembly.scm (yasm): ... here.  New variable.
* gnu/local.mk (GNU_SYSTEM_MODULES): Adjust accordingly.
