gnu: gcc@11: Inherit supported micro-architectures from gcc@10. 

Previously, gcc@11 would inherit the 'compiler-cpu-architectures'
property from gcc@8.

* gnu/packages/gcc.scm (gcc-11)[properties]: New field.
