gnu: gcc: Fix build with glibc >= 2.28. 

* gnu/packages/patches/gcc-libsanitizer-ustat.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
* gnu/packages/gcc.scm (gcc-5)[source](patches): Add it.
