gnu: Remove unused patch 'net-tools-bitrot.patch'.
This is a followup to commit b5f610620b
.
* gnu/packages/patches/net-tools-bitrot.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
