* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-pycodestyle-2.6, python-pyflakes-2.2,
python-flake8-3.8): New variables.
* gnu/packages/openstack.scm (python-hacking)[propagated-inputs]: Change from
PYTHON-FLAKE8 to PYTHON-FLAKE8-3.8.
