gnu: Add GNUnet.
* gnunet/packages/gnunet.scm (gnunet): New variable. * gnu/package/patches/gnunet-fix-scheduler.patch: New file. * gnu/package/patches/gnunet-fix-tests.patch: New file. * gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add the above two patch files.
