gnu: python-stdatamodels: Speed up tests. 

gnu/packages/astronomy.scm (python-stdatamodels): Enable parallel
tests to speed them up.
[arguments] <#:test-flags>: Add "-n" option.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest-xdist.
