gnu: gzip: Update to 1.12. 

* gnu/packages/compression.scm (gzip): Update to 1.12.
[arguments]: Add configure-flag to enable building zless without less
binary present. Remove unneeded 'patch-for-glibc-2.28 phase. Adjust
custom 'use-absolute-name-of-gzip phase to upstream changes.
