* gnu/packages/check.scm (python-pylint): Update to 2.12.2.
[phases]{check}: Override phase.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-pytest-benchmark, python-pytest-runner.
[propagated-inputs]: Add python-platformdirs, python-typing-extensions.
[synopsis]: Streamline.
