* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-chardet) [source]: Add upstream patch.
[arguments]: Remove.
* gnu/packages/patches/python-chardet-3.0.4-pytest.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
