gnu: Add arm-none-eabi cross compiler.
* gnu/packages/bootstrap.scm (glibc-dynamic-linker): Add case for "arm-eabi". * gnu/packages/embedded.scm: New file. * gnu/local.mk (GNU_SYSTEM_MODULES): Add it.
