container: Remove unnecessary CLONE_CHILD_* flags.

Browse source 
* gnu/build/linux-container.scm (namespaces->bit-mask): Remove
  CLONE_CHILD_CLEARTID and CLONE_CHILD_SETTID, which are unneeded.
  Discussed at <http://bugs.gnu.org/21694>.
