gnu: emacs-evil: Remove undo-tree dependency. 

Because it is buggy and unnecessary.  See
<https://github.com/emacs-evil/evil/issues/1074>.

* gnu/packages/emacs-xyz.scm (emacs-evil)[propagated-inputs]: Remove
emacs-undo-tree and emacs-goto-chg.
