services: configuration: Rename location accessor to "source-location". 

Fixes <https://issues.guix.gnu.org/59423>.

* gnu/services/configuration.scm (define-configuration-helper): Rename the
accessor of the %location field from "NAME-location" to
"NAME-source-location".
