refresh: Support select packages SUBSET by module name.

* guix/scripts/refresh.scm (%options): Support '--select module:NAME'.
(show-help): Adjust accordingly.
(options->update-specs): Honor the module passed by '--select'.
* doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix refresh): Document it.
