gnu: python-sphinx-repoze-autointerface: Remove needless input. 

This is an indirect requirement and propagated by python-sphinx already.

* gnu/packages/python.scm(python-sphinx-repoze-autointerface)
  [propagated-inputs]: Remove python-docutils.
