gnu: vim: Skip terminal screen-dump tests.
Even with careful substitutions these tests often break on other architectures anyway. * gnu/packages/vim.scm (vim)[arguments]: Adjust skip-or-fix-failing-tests to skip another terminal screen-dump test.
