doc: Do not instruct to decompress the VM image.

Also replace the obsolete 'guix system vm-image' command mention by the 'guix
system image'.

* doc/guix.texi (Running Guix in a VM): Remove VM image decompression
instruction.
<guix system vm-image>: Replace by 'guix system image'.
