services: guix: Allow gexps evaluating to a list of build-machines.

Browse source 
* gnu/services/base.scm (guix-machines-files-installation): Handle
machines being a mixed list of build-machines and lists of
build-machines.
* doc/guix.texi (Base Services): Document it.
