gnu: python-tables: Build cython files from source. 

* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-tables)[source]: Remove generated C
files.
[arguments]: Remove trailing #T from build phases; use G-expression; override
library directories.
[inputs]: Add c-blosc and lzo.
