gnu: texlive-wasysym: Update synopsis and description. 

* gnu/packages/tex.scm (texlive-wasysym)[synopsis]: Refer to the font by
'wasy', not WASY2.
[description]: Likewise.  Use code ornaments for the LaTeX package names.
