gnu: sbcl-spatial-trees: Build spatial-trees.nss and fix tests. 

* gnu/packages/lisp-xyz.scm (sbcl-spatial-trees)[arguments]: Do it.
  [inputs] Add sbcl-alexandria, sbcl-optima, sbcl-iterate.
