gnu: python-tablib: Use GUIX_PYTHONPATH instead of PYTHONPATH. 

* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-tablib)[arguments]: Use GUIX_PYTHONPATH
instead of PYTHONPATH in 'check phase.
