As this package definition is redundant, harfbuzz is version 5.3.1.

* gnu/packages/libreoffice.scm (libreoffice)[inputs]: Replace harfbuzz-5 with
harfbuzz.
* gnu/packages/qt.scm (qtwebengine)[inputs]: Remove redundant replace.
