gnu: xonsh: Update to 0.18.2. 

* gnu/packages/shells.scm (xonsh): Update to 0.18.2.
[source](snippet): Adjust substitution filenames and delete the vendored ply
package.
[arguments]<#:test-flags>: Skip new failing test.
