gnu: python-clingo: Fix invalid G-expression input. 

* gnu/packages/maths.scm (python-clingo)[arguments]: Add 'imported-modules'
and 'modules' in order to access to 'python:site-packages'.
[version]: Explicitly reuse from the package 'clingo'.
