daemon: Build in /tmp/guix-build-*.

* nix/libstore/build.cc (DerivationGoal::startBuilder): Use "guix-build"
instead of "nix-build" for TMPDIR.
* doc/guix.texi (Build Environment Setup): Adjust accordingly.
