* gnu/packages/patches/gnucash-price-quotes-perl.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Unregister it.
* gnu/packages/gnucash.scm (gnucash)[patches]: Remove it.
[phases]{fix-finance-quote-check}: Implement it using SUBSTITUTES*.
