gnu: ruby-spec-its: Accept any version of ruby-ffi. 

* gnu/packages/ruby.scm (ruby-rspec-its)[arguments]: Change Gemfile
substitution so that any ffi gem is accepted.  While at it, tighten the regex
and rename the phase to be more accurate.
