gnu: sugar-toolkit-gtk3: Extend GI_TYPELIB_PATH, don't replace it. 

This is convenient in case typelib files are needed by activities at runtime
that are not available at build time.

* gnu/packages/sugar.scm (sugar-toolkit-gtk3)[arguments]: Extend
GI_TYPELIB_PATH when wrapping.
