gnu: aspell: Wrap binary to find dictionaries.
* gnu/packages/aspell.scm (aspell): Add 'wrap-aspell' phase. * gnu/system.scm (operating-system-etc-service): Remove 'ASPELL_CONF' definition. Co-authored-by: Ludovic Courtès <ludo@gnu.org>
