gnu: automake: Adjust to deal with Perl 5.22.
Fixes <http://bugs.gnu.org/22375>. * gnu/packages/patches/automake-regexp-syntax.patch: New file. * gnu/packages/autotools.scm (automake)[source]: Use it. * gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
