uuid: Add a parser for FAT32 UUIDs.
* gnu/system/uuid.scm (%fat32-uuid-rx): New variable. (string->fat32-uuid): New procedure. (%uuid-parsers): Add it. * tests/uuid.scm ("uuid, FAT32, format preserved"): New test.master
