gnu: python-libvirt: Update to 7.3.0. 

* gnu/packages/virtualization.scm (python-libvirt): Update to 7.3.0.
[arguments]: Remove obsolete 'patch-nosetests-path phase.
Replace the default 'check phase.
[native-inputs]: Switch from python-nose to python-pytest, like upstream
has done.
