services: dovecot: Allow to set 'client-limit'.

* doc/guix.texi (Mail Services): Update accordingly.
* gnu/services/mail.scm (service-configuration)[client-limit]: New field.
(dovecot-configuration)[services]: Set 'client-limit' to its correct default
value.
