gnu: arcan-sdl: Build with sdl2. 

* gnu/packages/arcan.scm (arcan-sdl)[inputs]: Remove sdl, add sdl2.
[arguments]: Adjust configure-flags to remove a flag specifying sdl
version and add a flag to use the package's default sdl.
