gnu: module-init-tools: Fix $LINUX_MODULE_DIRECTORY handling in 'depmod'. 

* gnu/packages/patches/module-init-tools-moduledir.patch: Adjust the
  'depmod' part to handle $LINUX_MODULE_DIRECTORY without a trailing
  slash.
