* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-tlsh) [build-system]: Switch to
python-build-system.
[arguments]: Remove #:out-of-source.  Remove install phase override.  Add a
configure, chdir and adjust the check phase override.
[inputs]: Delete field.
