(chez-scheme-for-racket-bootstrap-bootfiles): When cross-compiling, use 'zuo' and 'chez-scheme-for-racket' instead of 'racket-vm-bc'. [arguments]<#:phases>: Adapt 'build' phase for cross-compilation.
