gnu: cross-base: Don't build the cross-compilers with target = host. 

* gnu/packages/cross-base.scm (xgcc-mips64el)[supported-systems]: Delete
  "mips64el-linux".
  (xgcc-armhf)[supported-systems]: Delete "armhf-linux".
