syscalls: 'all-network-interface-names' accepts non-alphanumeric characters.

This fixes interfaces with a dash or other characters being ignored.
Suggested by Jookia <166291@gmail.com>.

* guix/build/syscalls.scm (%interface-line): Use [[:graph:]] instead
of [[:alnum:]].
