gnu: libvirt: Update to 7.5.0 [fixes CVE-2021-3631].

* gnu/packages/virtualization.scm (libvirt): Update to 7.5.0.
[arguments]: Add a new 'skip-directory-confusion phase.
Remove obsolete 'no-polkit-magic phase.
