linux-initrd: raw-initrd: Add keyword argument #:pre-mount. 

* gnu/system/linux-initrd.scm (raw-initrd): Add keyword argument #:pre-mount.
Document it.
* doc/guix.texi (initial RAM disk): Likewise.
