gnu: python-spherical-geometry: Simplify package. 

* gnu/packages/astronomy.scm (python-spherical-geometry):
[arguments]{phases}<preparations>: Switch to
SETUPTOOLS_SCM_PRETEND_VERSION evnar instead modifying setup.py.
