* gnu/packages/emacs-xyz.scm (emacs-telega): Update to 0.5.4.
[arguments]: Working around imagemagick and svg is no longer needed.
[native-inputs]: Replace emacs-minimal with emacs. This is needed because
bytecompilation requires fringe-bitmap support.
