guix-package: Add '--search'.

* guix-package.in (find-packages-by-description): New procedure.
  (show-help, %options): Add '--search'.
  (guix-package)[process-query]: Add support for '--search'.
* doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix-package): Document it.
* tests/guix-package.sh: Add tests.
