gnu: camlboot: Fix signal handling with newer glibc.

* gnu/packages/patches/camlboot-dynamically-allocate-stack-signal.patch:
  New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/ocaml.scm (camlboot): Use it.
