gnu: mit-krb5: Fix cross-compilation.
* gnu/packages/kerberos.scm (mit-krb5)[arguments]: Disable tests when cross-compiling. Add cross-compilation specific configure-flags and make-flags. Search for perl in native-inputs or inputs.
